We begin with a 75-minute intake session ($275) to understand your goals, priorities, and starting point. For clients interested in exploring their strengths, habits, or communication patterns more deeply, personal development assessments may be incorporated as an add-on or starting point. These tools can help clarify focus areas and accelerate growth. Assessment fees vary depending on the tool selected and include setup, review, and a personalized debrief session. 

Ongoing coaching is flexible and tailored to your needs, with virtual sessions billed at $3 per minute, available in 25-, 50-, and 75-minute increments.

We are located in Northern Virginia. In-person sessions can be arranged for clients in the DMV area; an additional fee applies to accommodate travel time and limited availability. For clients outside the area, travel-based arrangements are possible and will include reimbursement of related expenses.

Pricing varies by scope, customization, and group size, with most sessions starting at $1200. Multi-session series and retreats are also available upon request.

For in-person engagements outside the Northern Virginia area, travel and related expenses are covered by the client.
