At Collier Connects, LLC, we believe that personal and professional growth is bigger than classrooms, degrees, boardrooms, and titles — it’s a lifelong journey shaped by our experiences, our relationships, and our willingness to learn and improve.
After over 20 years serving in educational, administrative, and executive roles, I’ve seen firsthand that success comes from much more than what’s on a transcript or a resume. It’s built on a commitment to continuous learning, resilience, gratitude, and connection. My journey has been shaped by challenges both personal and professional, including a cancer diagnosis during the height of both my leadership career and the global pandemic. These experiences gave me clarity: my greatest purpose is to help others succeed.
Collier Connects was born out of the desire to help individuals, teams, and communities recognize their strengths, connect to meaningful opportunities and resources, and move forward with purpose. Through professional and personal coaching, workshops, seminars, and educational resources, our goal is to create spaces where people feel empowered to learn, lead, and live more fully, together.

Founder & Head Coach
MICHELLE COLLIER, MEd, CPLC
Michelle is a certified personal and professional development coach with over 20 years of experience helping others learn, grow, and thrive. She began her career at a law firm in Washington, DC, where she developed a passion for helping others through learning and development. She earned her Master's degree in Education and began teaching in alternative secondary education settings, where she was recognized for her leadership, development, and community-building skills and accomplishments. She was recruited to open a private school division of a nonprofit where she eventually became Head of School and Co-Executive Director. It was in these roles that Michelle embraced her affinity for helping others achieve their personal and professional goals. With the love, support, and encouragement of an incredible network of clients, colleagues, family, and friends, Michelle founded Collier Connects, LLC to continue helping others thrive.
